High-Output Handling

Channels 5-8 feature a -20 dB PAD switch to accommodate loud sources such as vintage synthesizers and Eurorack modules without needing an external attenuator.

OLED Display

A high-contrast 128×64 OLED display facilitates easy project creation and settings adjustment.

Multi-Track Recording

Record up to 14 tracks simultaneously (12 individual tracks plus stereo mix) directly to microSD cards up to 2TB. Projects can be saved and recalled for mixing at any time.

Unlimited Overdubbing and Bounce Tracks

Mix and bounce tracks to a dedicated bounce track to free channels for additional layers. Undo functionality allows corrections, and individual tracks remain saved for future mixing.

AI Noise Reduction

Intelligent AI Noise Reduction removes hum, hiss, and background noise while preserving voice and instrument details.

32-bit Float Recording

Record clip-free audio in 32-bit float format, with dual A/D converters on channels 1-4 ensuring pristine mic signals across extreme dynamics.

USB Audio Interface and Control Surface

Use the L6max as a 14-in/4-out 32-bit float USB audio interface for computers, iOS, or Android devices while simultaneously recording to microSD. It also functions as a control surface for DAWs.

Pro-Level Mixer Functions

• MIDI I/O and USB MIDI: Connect external synths, grooveboxes, or integrate with MIDI apps.
• Flexible Routing with AUX Sends: Two AUX Sends with pre/post-fader options for effects loops and monitor feeds.
• Sound Pads with MIDI Sync: Trigger jingles, sound effects, or samples, synchronized to MIDI clock for live electronic performances.
• Scene Memory: Store and recall up to four mixes with a single button.

Customization via L6 Editor App

The free L6 Editor app for Mac and Windows allows easy customization of pads, effects, and MIDI assignments.

Power Options and Mobility

Power the L6max with 4 AA batteries (Alkaline, Lithium, NiMH), USB bus power, or a mobile battery pack for extended mobile use.

Euro Rack Integration

Optional ERL-6 rack mount adapter enables installation in a Euro Rack setup and powers modular rigs.
