Wireless Control Bridge for Aputure Lights

The Aputure Sidus Link Bridge Wireless Controller serves as a bridge between legacy 2.4 GHz RF wireless control technology and the modern Sidus Mesh Bluetooth system. It enables users to integrate older Aputure lights into the Sidus Mesh network and control them conveniently via smartphone using the Sidus Link app.

Reactivation of Legacy Lights

This device converts 2.4 GHz RF signals from older Aputure models such as the HR672, Tri-8, LS C120 d II, and LS C300 d into Bluetooth signals, allowing these lights to be controlled within the Sidus Mesh ecosystem.

Wireless Communication and Control

The Sidus Link Bridge uses the same wireless protocol as Aputure's compact radio remotes. It supports three channels (1, 2, 3) and four groups (A, B, C, D), enabling up to 12 distinct lighting setups controllable from a smartphone.

Extended Range and Network Expansion

The controller offers a 100-meter range for 2.4 GHz radio control and up to 80 meters for Bluetooth. The Sidus Mesh network can be expanded in 80-meter increments, allowing a maximum control range of up to 400 meters from the smartphone.

Enhanced Creative Features

In addition to providing nine built-in special effects for older lights, the Sidus Link Bridge supports the SidusPro FX Picker FX feature, which enables scanning and recreating real-world lighting effects.

Durable and Weather-Resistant Design

The controller features a sleek, lightweight aluminum housing with an IP65 rating, making it resistant to heavy rain and sandstorms, suitable for demanding outdoor assignments.

Long Battery Life and Fast Charging

Equipped with a built-in rechargeable lithium polymer battery (3.7 V, approx. 1600 mAh), the device provides approximately 18 hours of continuous use. It supports fast charging via USB Power Delivery, reaching full charge in under 50 minutes using USB-C (5 V / 2 A).

Simple User Interface

The control panel is minimalistic, featuring one button and four indicator LEDs, allowing users to focus on smartphone control while the device operates silently in the background.
