This four-pack of rechargeable AA lithium-ion batteries features an integrated battery management chip and constant-voltage circuit to maintain a stable 1.5 V output throughout the discharge cycle. This helps reduce the gradual voltage drop typical of alkaline batteries and provides a higher nominal voltage than 1.2 V NiMH batteries, supporting consistent performance in devices such as flashes, wireless microphones and game controllers during intensive use.

Each battery has a built-in USB-C charging port, so no separate charger is required. Charge the batteries directly with a standard USB-C cable; the included 1-to-4 charging cable allows all four batteries to be charged at the same time. Charging starts automatically when a USB-C power source is connected. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours and 16 minutes.

Use and protection

The standard AA size allows these batteries to replace conventional AA alkaline batteries in many devices, including triggers, wireless microphones and transmitters, compact flash units, remote controls and game controllers. They are also compatible with AA-powered devices such as blood pressure monitors, smart door locks, children's toys, torches, VR controllers and over-ear headphones.

Lithium cells have no memory effect, can be recharged as needed and are designed to withstand hundreds of charge cycles, helping reduce long-term costs and battery waste. An intelligent protection chip guards against overcurrent, overheating, short circuits and overcharging for controlled charging and discharging.
