The redesigned Vortex Viper HD 8x42 meets all your expectations of binoculars. The housing is covered with a rubber layer for a secure, non slip grip and durable protection. The optics are sealed with O rings to prevent the entry of moisture, dust and dirt. The binoculars are also gas filled to ensure waterproof and condensation free performance.


Optical quality
The Vortex Viper has an 8x magnification and delivers a clear, high contrast image with true to life colours. This is made possible by the use of HD glass with extra low dispersion and special dielectric coating. Light transmission is optimized by Vortexs anti reflective coating. The lenses have the extremely hard and scratch resistant ArmorTek coating, which protects the surface from scratches, grease and other dirt.


Suitable for everyone
The wide 18mm eye relief and twist up eyepieces make it easy for spectacle wearers to see. You can always adjust the focus of the Vortex to suit your eyes, thanks to the focus knob located behind the right ocular. In addition, these binoculars can easily be mounted on a tripod with a separately available adapter.,
