Modular L-Bracket Design

The SmallRig 2258 L-Bracket is specifically designed for Nikon Z5, Z6, Z7, Z6 II, and Z7 II cameras. It features a modular design with anti-twist flanges that prevent the camera from twisting during use, ensuring stability and security.

Height Enhancement for Comfort

The bottom plate adds 16.5 mm of height relative to the original camera handgrip, providing enhanced pinky support for improved handling comfort.

Arca-Type Compatible Plates

Both the base plate and side plate are Arca-type compatible dovetail plates, allowing the camera to be mounted in either vertical or horizontal orientation on compatible tripod heads. Each plate includes sensor centering lines on both axes to facilitate precise alignment on tripod heads.

Full Access and Expandability

• Maintains complete access to the camera's battery compartment and ports without removal.
• The side plate is extendable to the left side, providing additional space for tethering or cable release setups.

Integrated Features

• Includes a built-in hex (Allen) wrench located on the bottom plate for easy tightening and adjustment of the L-bracket.
• Compatible with Peak Design straps and includes a hand strap loop on the right side for secure carrying.
• Equipped with multiple 1/4"-20 threaded mounting holes on the side and bottom plates for attaching accessories such as the Cold Shoe Mount 1593.
• The front of the baseplate features two M4 screws designed for mounting the FTZ Adapter Mount 2244, which protects the lens port.
