Power Options

The MB-D14 allows the camera to be powered by either one or two EN-EL15 rechargeable batteries (one in the grip and one in the camera) or by six AA batteries. When using two batteries, cells from different manufacturers and with varying capacities can be combined; the camera will draw power sequentially from one battery and then the other, extending shooting time.
