Description

The GGS Larmor GEN5 is an excellent quality glass protective cover that protects your camera’s LCD display from scratches, bumps and dirt. The GGS Larmor GEN5 shield is made up of five layers of precisely selected materials for the highest level of protection.

• The outer layer, using the latest discoveries in nanotechnology, minimises fingerprint marks for clarity and comfort.
• Japanese high hardness toughened optical glass provides effective protection at a thickness of just 0.3 mm. The small dimensions and low weight also allow the cover to be used with cameras equipped with a movable display.
• The metal frame forms the backbone of the cover, significantly increases the strength of the corners and enables the fitting of a GGS sunshield.
• A splinter protection layer protects the display and the user’s hands from glass shards in the event of the shield being broken.
• A layer of highly adhesive silicone allows easy installation, without the need for any tools or glue.

The cover is compatible with the displays of Sony RX1 / RX10 / RX100 cameras. It does not limit the usable screen area and retains the functionality of touch control (if the camera offers such functionality).

The fifth generation Larmor sunshield allows the GGS NS-3243 magnetic sunshield to be mounted, making it easier to use the main display even on a very sunny day. The sunshield is available for sale separately as a standalone product or as a kit with the protective cover.
