Pressing the shutter button when shooting on a tripod can cause unwanted motion. This accessory solves this issue while making it easy to shoot bursts, or hold the shutter open for extended periods of time. A Start/Stop button is also provided for videography.*

 * The video Start/Stop button feature can be  sed for compatible digital cameras: DC-S1R, DC-S1, DC-GH5S**, DC-G9**, DC-GH5** (as of February 1, 2019). It may not be possible to use this feature for Panasonic digital cameras equipped with a remote socket sold in or before January 2019.

** Firmware must be updated to the latest version.
