Connection and Compatibility

The Miops Mobile Dongle is a cable designed to connect your iOS or Android smartphone or tablet directly to your DSLR or mirrorless camera. This package includes the Mobile Dongle cable and a C1 cable, which enables connection specifically to Canon cameras. Additional cables are available separately for other camera brands including Nikon, Sony, Panasonic, Olympus, Samsung, and Fujifilm.

Compatible Canon Cameras

This product supports a wide range of Canon DSLR models including EOS 10D, 1D series (1D, 1D C, 1D mk II, mk II N, mk III, mk IV, 1D X, 1D X MK II), 1Ds series (1Ds, 1Ds mk II, 1Ds mk III), EOS 1V, 20D, 20Da, 3, 30D, 40D, 50D, 5D series (5D, 5DS, 5DSR, 5DS R, 5D mk II, 5D mk III, 5D MK IV), 6D, 6D MK II, 7D, 7D mk II, D30, and D60. Note that this product does not support Canon EOS M series or PowerShot models such as G7, G9, N, S100, S110, S120, S90, S95, SX510 HS, or XC10.

Miops Mobile Application

The Miops Mobile app leverages your smartphone's sensors such as vibration, sound, motion, and distance to trigger your camera remotely. It offers creative shooting modes including various timelapse options and HDR shooting. Basic shutter release functions like press and hold, press and lock, timed release, self timer, and HDR are also available. The unique Scenario mode allows combining multiple trigger options and scheduling sequences to automate shooting at desired times.
