The Pixel Timer Remote Control Wireless TW-283/N3 enables wireless triggering of Canon cameras up to a distance exceeding 80 meters, eliminating the need to physically touch the camera's shutter release button or be near the camera.
This multifunctional remote supports five shooting modes:
- Single shooting: Capture a single photo remotely.
- Continuous shooting: Take a series of photos within 1 second.
- BULB shooting: Control shutter speed manually by holding the remote button to keep the shutter open; releasing the button closes the shutter. Suitable for long exposure photography if supported by the camera.
- Delay shooting: Set a timer between 1 and 59 seconds and specify the number of photos (1 to 59) to be taken after the delay.
- Timer schedule shooting: Schedule shots up to a maximum of 99 hours, 59 minutes, and 59 seconds, with the option to set the number of photos between 1-99, 1-999, or unlimited.
The set includes the TW-283TX transmitter and TW-283RX receiver. The transmitter features a comfortable grip and an LCD screen displaying channel, battery status, and selected mode. It transmits signals at 2.4 GHz frequency across up to 30 channels. Maximum standby time is 1,000 hours for the transmitter and 400 hours for the receiver. Both units operate on two AAA batteries (not included).
The receiver includes a hotshoe adapter with a 1/4" female thread, allowing mounting on Canon cameras or tripods.
Compatibility
This product is designed for Canon cameras compatible with the N3 connector. For other camera models, alternative products are recommended.
Usage Instructions
Insert AAA batteries into both transmitter and receiver. Turn on the receiver and mount it on the camera's hotshoe or a tripod. The transmitter can also be connected directly to the camera using the supplied cable for wired operation. The transmitter's clear menu allows easy mode selection. It features an auto-shutdown after 30 minutes of inactivity; the receiver remains powered until manually turned off.
