Each lens features a fast T2.0 aperture and a constant 1.33x anamorphic squeeze ratio, designed specifically for PL mount film cameras. This set represents Viltrox's official entry into the professional film industry, delivering impressive image expression with retro pure color reproduction and no breathing distortion.
Design and Build
The lenses have a distinctive appearance with white lens housings complemented by gun gray and gold gear rings. They maintain consistent tonal performance across the set, eliminating the need for repeated adjustments during shooting. The T2.0 constant aperture combined with an 8-blade iris creates beautiful bokeh and elliptical light spots, providing a smooth and natural transition between in-focus and out-of-focus areas.
