The Vaxis Storm 3000 DG Wireless Transmitter (Dual Gold Mount) is a professional-grade, zero-delay wireless video transmitter capable of sending uncompressed 1080p60 video up to 3000 ft (approximately 900 m) line-of-sight, even in challenging RF environments. Featuring both 3G-SDI and HDMI inputs, a 3G-SDI loop output, dual Gold mount battery pass-through plates, digital encryption, and near-zero latency transmission over the 5 GHz band, it is ideal for live broadcasts, ENG, sports, and high-end cinema production.
The Vaxis Storm 3000 DG Wireless Transmitter is a robust, long-range wireless video solution designed to pair seamlessly with the Storm 3000 receiver. It transmits full-HD 1080p60 uncompressed video with virtually 0 ms latency over distances up to 3000 ft, making it perfect for live events, news gathering, and cinematic productions where real-time monitoring is critical. The transmitter supports one 3G-SDI or one HDMI input, includes a convenient 3G-SDI loop-through for local monitoring, and uses strong digital encryption to protect the feed from interception.
Powered by dual Gold mount battery plates with pass-through capability, it mounts directly onto Gold mount-equipped cameras and powers both the camera and transmitter from a single battery. An additional 2-pin LEMO-type power input is available for external power sources. Additional professional features include a bright OLED display, rugged metal housing, smart active cooling, timecode and metadata passthrough, ARRI ALEXA Mini instant playback support, and a 1/4-20 mounting point.
