Dual-Channel Video Encoding

  • Supports simultaneous encoding of HDMI input up to 4Kp30 and 3G-SDI input up to 1080p60.
  • Encodes both HDMI and 3G-SDI video streams using H.265 (HEVC) and H.264 codecs simultaneously or individually.
  • Allows mixing of both video sources into one output in Picture-in-Picture (PIP) or Picture-by-Picture (PBP) mode.

Flexible Video Format and Protocol Support

  • Supports high-efficiency video codec HEVC (H.265) and H.264 for IP-based video transmission, reducing bandwidth usage by over 50% while maintaining image quality.
  • Compatible with multiple streaming protocols including NDI HX3, NDI HX2, SRT, RTMP, RTMPS, HLS, TS over UDP, RTP*, RTSP, and Onvif*.
    *Some protocols available via future free updates.

Powerful Streaming Capabilities

  • HDMI input supports up to 4Kp30; 3G-SDI input supports up to 1080p60.
  • Can stream simultaneously to up to 16 destinations with adjustable bitrate up to 100 Mbps.
  • Supports mainstream streams (up to 8 channels at 1080p) and substreams (up to 8 channels at 720p).

Advanced Video Processing Features*

  • Supports video rotation, cropping, and addition of custom overlays such as images, text, or other on-screen display (OSD) elements for professional webcast applications.

Multi-Channel Audio Encoding*

  • Encodes audio from 3.5mm line input and embedded audio from SDI/HDMI inputs.
  • Supports audio formats including AAC and G.711 currently; MPEG-4, MPEG-3, MPEG-2, Opus support planned.
  • Supports 8-channel embedded audio encoding for SDI inputs and 4-channel for HDMI inputs.
    *Advanced audio features coming in later updates.
  • Includes audio de-embedding, channel selection, alternate channel, and audio output mapping for efficient program production.

Reliable Recording and Simultaneous Streaming

  • Records all input streams in .MOV or .MP4 formats via three USB ports or NAS storage.
  • Supports simultaneous streaming and recording for post-production and further applications.
