Design and Build

  • Original Design - Super Diameter & Ultra-Slim: The K&F Concept Pro Square Filter System has won the iF DESIGN AWARD and Red Dot Design Award for its innovative design. It features a unique square filter system that is easy to carry and prevents light leakage.
  • Rear 95mm CPL: The built-in 95mm circular polarizer filter is positioned at the rear of the holder, effectively solving issues related to filter stacking and removal. When the CPL is removed, a cover can be closed to prevent light leakage.
  • Ultra-thin and Large Diameter Frame: The filter holder has a thickness of only 12mm and a large 91mm light aperture, which reduces the chance of vignetting when used with ultra-wide-angle lenses.

Optical Quality

  • HD Optical Glass: The ND1000 filter is made from imported Japanese AGC optical glass with 28-layer nano-coating technology and double-sided polishing, ensuring high-definition image quality.
  • Multi-layer Coatings: Both ND and CPL filters feature 28 multi-layer coatings with double-sided polishing to enhance durability and optical performance.

Functionality

  • The square filter system can hold up to two square filters simultaneously, plus one round filter (CPL).
  • The ND1000 filter reduces light by 10 stops, allowing for greater control over depth of field and motion blur effects.
  • The CPL filter removes glare from non-metallic surfaces and enhances color and contrast, especially in blue skies and white clouds.
  • Additional ND filters (ND8 and ND64) are also available in related kits for 3-stop and 6-stop light reduction.

Protection and Durability

  • The square filter frame provides protection for the lens, capable of withstanding drops from 1.5 meters onto flat surfaces without chipping.
  • Note: The frame does not protect against impacts on sharp or convex surfaces.

Installation and Usage

  • The filter holder allows installation of two K&F square filters (compatible only with K&F protective frame filters).
  • The rear CPL slot allows easy addition or removal of the circular polarizer filter while maintaining a sealed design to prevent light leakage.
  • The ultra-slim 12mm thickness helps avoid vignetting on wide-angle lenses.

Storage

  • Includes a waterproof leather filter bag for convenient and safe storage of filters and adapter rings.
