Three-channel recording
The SJCAM M60 3CH records footage simultaneously from the front, rear and interior of the vehicle, providing a comprehensive record of each journey. The front camera records in 4K (3840 × 2160) at 30 fps, 2K (2560 × 1440) at up to 60 fps, or 1080p (1920 × 1080) at 30 fps. When all three cameras are recording, the available resolution is 1080p (1920 × 1080) at 30 fps. The fields of view are 170° at the front, 160° at the rear and 150° inside the vehicle.
Camera and image specifications
The front camera uses a 1/1.8-inch CMOS sensor, while the rear and interior cameras each use a 1/2.8-inch CMOS sensor. All three lenses have an F/1.8 aperture. The front lens can be adjusted through an angle of up to 75° to frame the recording area. The 16:9 display is a 2.0-inch TFT screen with a resolution of 320 × 240.
Recording protection and parking mode
A G-sensor and collision detection system automatically protect footage associated with an impact from being overwritten. The dash cam can also sound an alert when a collision is detected. Emergency recording, loop recording and motion detection help capture events during everyday driving and other situations. Parking mode, time-lapse recording, motion detection and the G-sensor provide monitoring when the vehicle is parked.
GPS and BEIDOU
GPS and BEIDOU support recording location, speed and route information for later review. The supplied information states that the vehicle’s position can be pinpointed on a map with an accuracy of one metre.
