REDTIGER F9 WiFi 4K + 1080p Dash Cam

The REDTIGER F9 is a dual-channel dash cam that records detailed footage in front of and behind the vehicle. Its front camera records in Ultra HD 4K (2160P), capturing details such as number plates and road signs, while the rear camera records in Full HD 1080P. A bright F1.5 front-camera aperture, WDR and Super Night Vision help produce clear images in low-light conditions. The F9 also features dual-band Wi-Fi, GPS, mobile app support and voice prompts for everyday journeys and longer trips.

4K route recording

The front camera records at 4K 2160P and up to 30 frames per second, while the rear camera records in Full HD 1080P. Viewing angles of 160° at the front and 155° at the rear cover a wide area around the vehicle, helping document traffic incidents, manoeuvres and parking situations in both city traffic and on motorways.

Clear images at night

The front camera’s F1.5 aperture and the rear camera’s F2.0 aperture help capture images after dark. WDR and Super Night Vision improve light balance and visibility in challenging conditions, including night driving, tunnels, strong street lighting and glare from other vehicles’ headlights.

App and Wi-Fi control

Dual-band Wi-Fi supports 5.8 GHz and 2.4 GHz connections to a smartphone using the Redtiger Cam app. The app lets you view a live preview, play back and download recordings, adjust camera settings and share footage without removing the memory card. It also supports over-the-air (OTA) software updates.

GPS route and speed recording

The GPS module built into the mount records location, route and vehicle speed. REDTIGER Player software for Windows and Mac can play footage from both cameras simultaneously and display the route on Google Maps.

Parking monitoring

Parking monitoring can operate for up to 24 or 48 hours. When the G-sensor detects an impact, the camera automatically saves and locks the relevant footage to prevent it from being overwritten. Time-Lapse mode can record longer parking periods while using less memory. Parking mode requires a separately sold Hardwire Kit to provide continuous power.

Automatic loop recording

The dash cam supports microSD cards from 32 GB to 256 GB and automatically overwrites the oldest files when the card is full. Videos are saved in TS format and photos in JPG format. Recording starts automatically when the vehicle is turned on. The model is supplied without an SD card.

Controls and design

The device has a USB-C power port, an AV-IN input for the rear camera and a microSD card slot. A short press of the power button locks or unlocks a recording; holding the button resets the device. Voice prompts provide information such as when recording starts or card formatting is complete. The operating temperature range is approximately -20°C to 70°C.
