4K UHD recording

The REDTIGER F9 Lite dash cam records in 4K UHD (3840 × 2160) at 30 fps, capturing details such as number plates, road signs and traffic situations. It also offers 2.5K and Full HD 1080p recording modes, so you can choose a resolution to suit your needs and memory card capacity. The F2.0 lens supports recording in low-light conditions and after dark.

Discreet, screen-free design

The display-free design helps minimise distractions while driving. With no screen, the camera also generates less heat, supporting stable operation on long journeys and in high temperatures. Its compact body can be mounted behind the rear-view mirror, where it remains discreet.

ADAS driver assistance

Voice alerts from the ADAS features help keep the driver informed:

• Lane Departure Warning: alerts the driver if the vehicle unintentionally leaves its lane at speeds above 60 km/h.
• Forward Collision Warning: monitors the road ahead and warns of a potential collision at speeds above 30 km/h.
• Stop & Go / Front Vehicle Moving: notifies the driver when the vehicle ahead starts moving, which is useful in city traffic and queues.

Wi-Fi and app control

Connect the camera to a smartphone over Wi-Fi and manage recordings with the Redtiger Cam app. The app lets you view live footage, change settings, download recordings and install over-the-air (OTA) software updates. You can save important footage or check route history without removing the memory card.

GPS route data

The mount has an integrated GPS module that records location, route and vehicle speed. This information can help document journeys and review traffic incidents. Use REDTIGER Player software for Windows or Mac to play footage alongside a map and GPS data.

Parking monitoring

With the optional Hardwire Kit, sold separately, the camera can monitor the vehicle while parked in 24-hour parking mode. It automatically saves a recording when it detects a shock or impact.

Loop recording and file protection

Loop recording saves footage in 1-, 3- or 5-minute segments. When the memory card is full, the oldest files are overwritten automatically, so manual deletion is not required. The built-in G-sensor detects sudden impacts and protects important footage from being overwritten, including recordings of collisions or sudden braking.

Supercapacitor and operating temperature

Instead of a conventional battery, the camera uses a supercapacitor designed to withstand high and low temperatures and support long-term durability. The operating temperature range is approximately -20°C to 70°C.
