4K UHD front and Full HD rear recording

The REDTIGER F7N Pro dash cam simultaneously records footage from the front and rear of the vehicle. The front camera captures 4K UHD video at 3840 × 2160P, while the 1080P Full HD rear camera provides additional coverage when driving, reversing and parking. Viewing angles of 170° at the front and 140° at the rear help reduce blind spots and capture a wider view of the road. The front camera records details such as number plates, road signs and the sequence of events.

Sony STARVIS 2 sensor and low-light recording

The F7N Pro uses a Sony STARVIS 2 sensor, HDR/WDR technology, a bright f/1.5 aperture and a 6-layer glass lens. These features improve contrast and image quality in low light, while helping to reduce overexposure from headlights and streetlights. Image processing helps limit glare and distortion, supporting clear recordings at night and in difficult weather conditions.

Wi-Fi 6 and REDTIGER Cam app

Built-in Wi-Fi 6 on the 5.8 GHz band enables wireless transfer of recordings to a smartphone at speeds of up to 20 MB/s. A one-minute 4K recording takes approximately 10 seconds to download. The REDTIGER Cam app for Android and iOS lets you view live footage, adjust settings, edit and share recordings, and install wireless OTA updates.

GPS route tracking

The GPS module integrated into the mount records the vehicle’s location, route and speed in the footage. This provides trip documentation that can help when reviewing traffic incidents or making an insurance claim.

Loop recording and G-Sensor

Loop recording automatically overwrites the oldest files when the memory card is full, allowing continuous recording without manually deleting footage. Recording intervals can be set to 1, 3 or 5 minutes. The built-in G-Sensor detects sudden braking, collisions and impacts, then protects the associated recording from being overwritten.

Parking monitoring

Parking monitoring can help protect the vehicle when it is parked. When an impact is detected, the camera saves and locks a 15-second recording. Time-Lapse mode is also available for extended recording with lower power consumption. Parking monitoring requires an additional Hardwire Kit, sold separately.

Mounting and power

The GPS mount adjusts through 180° to help set the recording angle. The rear camera rotates through 360° and can record the view behind the vehicle or the cabin. Mirror Flip and vertical rotation provide additional installation flexibility. The camera is powered via USB-C and uses a supercapacitor for backup power. The supercapacitor supports stable operation across temperatures from -20°C to 70°C.
