WOLFBOX G840S 4K + 1080p 32GB Dash Cam

WOLFBOX G840S 4K + 1080p 32GB Dash Cam

The WOLFBOX G840S is a rearview mirror-style dash cam with a front camera that records in 4K (2160P), a rear Full HD 1080p camera and a 12-inch IPS touchscreen. Features include loop recording, parking mode, vertical image flip and WDR/HDR image processing. An external GPS module is included. Photos are saved in JPG format and videos in TS format. The included 32 GB microSD card lets you start using the device after installation, and the dash cam supports cards up to 256 GB. It is suited to daily commutes and longer journeys.

4K front and Full HD rear recording

The front camera records in 4K resolution to capture fine detail, including road signs and surrounding traffic. The rear camera records in 1080p, providing an additional view of the road behind the vehicle. Both cameras record simultaneously for a more complete view of events in front of and behind the car.

12-inch IPS touchscreen

The large 12-inch IPS screen provides a preview of recordings and access to the device’s functions. Its touchscreen interface makes it easy to navigate menus and change settings. Wide viewing angles help keep the display clear from different positions. The mirror-style design fits over the rearview mirror without taking up additional windshield space and blends with the vehicle interior.

WDR/HDR and low-light recording

WDR/HDR technology helps balance bright and dark areas in the image, supporting recording when driving into sunlight, through tunnels and at night. The night-vision enhancement feature improves footage clarity and detail in low-light conditions.

External GPS module

The included external GPS module connects via a 3.5 mm jack and records route and vehicle-location information. Recorded data can be viewed with compatible software on Windows and macOS computers, allowing trip details to be reviewed alongside the video footage.

Parking mode and vehicle monitoring

The G840S supports parking monitoring and Time-Lapse recording. Time-Lapse can extend recording time while using less memory-card space, helping the camera monitor the vehicle while parked and capture key events.

Vertical image flip

The vertical image flip function allows the rear camera to be installed upside down, then electronically rotates the image for correct display. This provides flexibility to suit the vehicle design and camera mounting position.

Ready to use after installation

The included 32 GB microSD card provides storage straight away. The dash cam supports cards up to 256 GB, and loop recording automatically overwrites the oldest files when storage is full. Power is supplied through a USB Type-C connector.
