Design and Functionality
The Nova P600c Space Light features a cylindrical softbox design that allows the LED panel to emit light in a full 360° radius, reducing edge shadows and creating a soft, ambient lighting environment. This makes it highly suitable for creating natural, diffused lighting in studio settings.
The included light control skirt has a dual-layer construction: an inner slightly reflective layer and an outer black layer. This combination effectively eliminates unwanted spill light. By adjusting the skirt, users can control the directionality of the light:
- With the skirt fully open, the light is omni-directional.
- Rolling down one side of the skirt directs the soft light partially.
- Fully closing the skirt projects the light downward through a circular aperture.
