The Card DJI Care Refresh 1-Year Plan for DJI Mavic 3 Pro is a complete protection solution designed to safeguard your professional drone investment. This service plan covers a wide range of accidental scenarios such as crashes, water damage, signal interference, and flyaway situations not included in the standard DJI warranty.
Valid for 12 months from activation, DJI Care Refresh allows you to replace your DJI Mavic 3 Pro up to two times during the coverage period for a small replacement fee. Instead of repairs, DJI provides a new or equivalent-to-new replacement unit, ensuring consistent performance and reliability.
A key benefit of this plan is the Reward for Safe Use. If you do not use any replacement services during the coverage period, DJI will reward you with a 1-year warranty extension, increasing your total warranty to two years.
The plan can be activated for brand-new, unactivated drones or drones activated within the last 48 hours. For users who do not meet these conditions, DJI offers an online video verification process, after which the service can be purchased within 72 hours of approval. Renewal is also possible within 15 days after the current plan expires, ensuring continuous protection.
The activation code is delivered digitally and must be registered directly with DJI. All claims and services are handled through DJI's official service network within the EU.
