With this 2-year plan, you can receive up to four replacement units per year (replacement fees apply), ensuring minimal downtime and predictable costs in the event of an accident. Instead of repairs, DJI provides a replacement unit that is brand new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability.
DJI Care Refresh can be activated within 48 hours of the drone's first activation. If this window is missed, activation may still be possible after submitting a verification video to DJI. The service can also be extended by purchasing an additional annual plan, allowing coverage for up to three years in total. During the entire coverage period, the official DJI manufacturer's warranty remains valid, giving you an extra layer of protection and support.
