Throughout the coverage period, users can claim up to three replacement units for a small additional fee. Instead of lengthy repairs, DJI supplies a new or equivalent-to-new Osmo Action 3, ensuring consistent performance and reliability.

In addition to replacement protection, the plan includes international warranty service, free two-way shipping, and exclusive DJI technical support, making it ideal for travel, sports, and adventure filming across the EU and beyond. The Safe Usage Rewards program may also provide extra benefits if no replacement services are used during the coverage period, subject to DJI terms.
