The DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan for Osmo Action 4 is a comprehensive service protection program designed to safeguard your action camera against unexpected accidents. During the 24-month coverage period, you can replace your damaged Osmo Action 4 up to four times, receiving a new or equivalent replacement unit each time. This makes DJI Care Refresh a far more cost-effective and convenient solution than standard repairs.

The service covers a wide range of accidental damage scenarios, including crashes, drops, collisions, and water damage. Your standard manufacturers warranty remains valid alongside DJI Care Refresh, providing layered protection. The plan can be activated within 30 days of first activating your device, and it can also be extended for an additional year (up to 3 years total coverage) by purchasing an extra annual plan.

In the event of an accident, simply send your device to the DJI service center, choose replacement via DJI Care Refresh, pay the applicable replacement fee, and receive your replacement unit with priority handling and free shipping. Activation is simple and completed online using the provided code and your device's serial number.
