The Card DJI Care Refresh 2-Year Plan (DJI RS 3) EU is a comprehensive protection plan designed specifically for the DJI RS 3 gimbal. It provides peace of mind by covering accidental damage that may occur during normal use, including collisions, water exposure, and user errorsituations not typically covered by the standard warranty.

Over the 24-month service period, you are eligible for up to four replacement units (subject to a small replacement fee). Instead of lengthy repairs, DJI supplies a replacement unit that is brand new or equivalent to new in performance and reliability, ensuring minimal downtime. The DJI Care Express service further speeds up the replacement process, allowing you to get back to filming as quickly as possible.

During the validity of DJI Care Refresh, the main components of your DJI RS 3 are also covered by the official manufacturers warranty. The plan includes international warranty service at authorized DJI repair centers worldwide, along with access to exclusive technical support channels such as online chat and phone support. Activation is required with an unactivated product or within 30 days of first activation.
