Power Delivery

Notes and Limitations

• Thunderbolt 2 compatibility requires certified Thunderbolt 3 to Thunderbolt 2 adapter and cable (sold separately), with data transfer speeds up to 20 Gb/s but no laptop charging support
• Only one of the SD or microSD card readers can be used at a time due to shared chipset
• Dual display support depends on host hardware and drivers; Apple silicon M1 and M2 Macs support only one external display via Thunderbolt
• OWC Dock Ejector software is designed for OWC products and does not support third-party hubs or docks
• After safe removal of SD cards, Windows may not recognize the card until the dock is powered off and on again
