Each replacement is new or equivalent-to-new in performance and reliability, saving significantly compared to buying a new drone.
Activation is tied to a specific serial number (S/N) and is completed through the DJI Care website using the digital activation code sent by email. The plan covers accidental damage including pilot errors, signal interruptions, collisions, drops, and water damage.
