The Chasing M2 S 2.0 Floodlight is a high-power underwater video light for inspections, photography and filming in dark or low-visibility conditions. Its independent power supply provides a strong external light source without relying on the ROV battery as the primary power source, making it useful when additional illumination is needed during underwater work.
12,000 lumens with high colour rendering
The warm-white CREE COB LED produces up to 12,000 lumens with a CRI of 95. Its high colour rendering index helps preserve more natural colours in recorded images, while the 5,000–5,500 K colour temperature provides neutral, daylight-style illumination suited to imaging and inspections. The 110° beam angle spreads light across a wide area rather than concentrating it in a narrow spot.
Independent rechargeable battery
The light has a built-in 3,500 mAh rechargeable lithium-ion battery, providing up to approximately 120 minutes of operation per charge. Its own battery allows the floodlight to provide powerful illumination without drawing the same amount of power from the ROV system.
Designed for underwater use
The floodlight is designed for use at depths of up to 100 m and has a 6 mm-thick tempered-glass front lens. The light head is approximately 70.2 mm in diameter, the body is approximately 64.8 mm in diameter, and the overall length is 139 mm. It weighs approximately 776 g including the battery and approximately 363 g in water.
Light output is regulated to provide even illumination, and the housing is designed to withstand conditions associated with regular underwater use. The supplied mounting hardware allows the light to be attached to a compatible M2 S 2.0 platform.
