The Caruba Canon LP-E17 (DR-E18) Dummy Battery with F970 Battery Gusset (spring cable) is designed to power specific Canon cameras using NP-L series adapters such as the NP-F970, NP-F750, and NP-F550 batteries. This solution is ideal for studio use or extended shooting sessions on location, providing a reliable external power source.

The external power supply is protected against short-circuiting and overcharging to ensure safe operation during long shoots.
