Design and Build

The enclosure features a solid aluminum heat sink design that ensures proper heat dissipation to prevent thermal throttling, maintaining consistent maximum performance. Unlike toolless snap-together enclosures, the Express 1M2 screws together securely to protect your drive inside its rugged housing.

Flexibility and Use Cases

  • Supports any NVMe M.2 2230, 2242, or 2280 SSD, including OWC Aura SSDs up to 8TB, and is ready for future capacities up to 16TB and beyond.
