Display and Design
The FeelWorld 17.3" 4K Carry-On Broadcast Monitor features a 1920 x 1080 resolution display capable of supporting UHD 4K30 input signals. It is housed in a robust metal case designed for optimal heat dissipation and all-around protection during on-set use. The monitor can be placed on the ground, leaned against surfaces, set flat on desktops, or carried using the integrated top handle. The lid is removable via multiple locking points to provide full screen access. Additionally, the monitor can be unscrewed from the case and mounted into a rack using built-in handles and rack ears.
Connectivity and Power
The monitor offers a comprehensive range of inputs and outputs including HDMI, 3G-SDI, component BNC, composite BNC, DVI, and RCA audio inputs, as well as HDMI, 3G-SDI, component BNC, and composite BNC outputs. Audio monitoring is supported through RCA audio inputs, a 3.5mm stereo headphone jack, and built-in speakers. A tally port with integrated red, green, and yellow LED tally indicators is located on the front panel. Power options include an integrated V-mount battery plate, 4-pin XLR, and DC barrel power inputs, all accessible via a rear door on the case.
Image Analysis and Features
The monitor includes advanced image analysis functions such as peaking focus assist, check field, camera mode, pixel-to-pixel mapping, center marker, and multiple safe markers (80, 85, 90, 93, 96, 2.35:1). Additional features include image flip (horizontal, vertical, and both), image freeze, zoom all, and directional zoom (up/down and left/right). These functions are assignable to four customizable buttons on the front panel.
