SmallRig 6902 Creator Kit for iPhone 18 Pro

This creator kit includes a video cage, a Rotating Smart Control Handle with Wireless Control for SR-MicroSlide, a Rotating Handle for SR-MicroSlide, and a 67 mm Attachable Filter Backplate.

Accessory mounting and compatibility

The iPhone mounts directly into the cage. SmallRig’s patented SR-MicroSlide rail system runs around the cage, allowing compatible accessories to be attached and positioned freely. It supports cold shoe mounts, NATO rails, Arca-Swiss plate adapters, handles, and other accessories for mounting tripods, microphones, monitors, and lights. Multiple 1/4"-20 anti-twist threaded holes provide additional options for professional accessory expansion. The cage retains classic quick-release interfaces and is compatible with the HawkLock ecosystem.

Optional T-Mount Lens Backplate, 17 mm Lens Backplate, and 67 mm Threaded Filter Backplate are available separately.

Design and protection

Wrist strap and shoulder strap holes at all four corners accommodate professional straps with a cord diameter under 2 mm, helping keep hands free between shots. The open-back design fully exposes the iPhone’s MagSafe attachment area and helps optimize heat dissipation during shooting. The cage does not obstruct the iPhone’s buttons, ports, ultra-wide camera, or wireless charging area.

The cover-plate design balances convenient installation with secure operation, helping reduce the risk of damage from accidental drops once the phone is secured. Made from aluminium alloy, the cage provides all-around protection and helps absorb shocks and prevent scratches.

Handles and wireless control

The handles attach to the cage via the SR-MicroSlide rail system and can be installed or removed in one second. They support stepless rotation for a comfortable grip and smooth movement at any angle. A lever-style design makes it easier to position the handle adapters and adjust the configuration.

The detachable wireless remote supports shooting control, zoom, EV adjustment, and switching between the front and rear cameras. It can be removed for standalone use and has a maximum control range of 10 m.
