For A/V professionals seeking SSDs with sustained full-speed performance, OWC Mercury Extreme SSDs offer proven reliability. With consistent RAID 0 speeds up to 956 MB/s, you can easily handle 8K single and 4K multi-sequence, slow-motion video, 10-bit video, and ultra-high-resolution RAW images. For added data security, configure Mercury Gemini in RAID 1 mode. Need more disk flexibility? Set Span to combine both drives into one large volume or use drives as independent volumes.

Note: Thunderbolt 2/Thunderbolt compatibility requires a certified Thunderbolt 3 (USB-C) to Thunderbolt 2 (mDP) adapter and Thunderbolt 2 cable. This setup provides data transfer at Thunderbolt 2 speeds (up to 20 Gb/s) but does not support laptop charging.
