3D-Printed Design and Medical-Grade Materials

The TRUTHEAR Zero wired in-ear headphones combine a distinctive blue design with dual dynamic drivers. Their housings are manufactured using DLP 3D-printing technology, previously used primarily for high-end multi-driver earphones. Medical-grade resin supports precise manufacturing, comfort and safety. The lightweight, ultra-thin housings are designed for comfort and durability, with hand-finished details.

Dual Dynamic Drivers

A 10 mm dynamic driver delivers deep, powerful bass, while a 7.8 mm driver with an ultra-lightweight CCAW voice coil handles midrange and high frequencies for clear vocals and detailed instrumentation. The drivers work together to produce balanced sound, with distinct bass that does not overpower the mids and highs.

Hybrid Crossover and Sound

Advanced hybrid crossover technology directs each driver to its intended frequency range. A specially designed acoustic structure and RC circuit help eliminate phase shifts that can affect multi-driver headphones. The result is cohesive, natural reproduction, with clear musical detail and a spacious soundstage.

The headphones combine dynamic bass with natural midrange and high frequencies. Distortion is specified at less than 1% at 1 kHz, helping maintain clean, balanced sound at higher listening levels. Their tuning is designed for comfortable listening over extended sessions.

Cable and Connection

The headphones include a four-core, silver-plated cable with an increased diameter, designed to minimise interference and support clear signal transmission. The standard 0.78 mm 2-pin interface allows the cable to be replaced.
