Hybrid 1DD + 3BA Driver Configuration
The TRUTHEAR Pure are wired in-ear headphones designed for refined sound and a carefully considered design. Their hybrid configuration combines one dynamic driver and three balanced armature drivers, coordinated by a three-way crossover. A precisely calculated RC crossover and specially designed nozzle configuration divide the frequencies so that each driver handles its assigned range and the system works as a cohesive whole. The ports also serve as filters and are manufactured using precision DLP 3D printing.
Fine-Tuned Sound
The Pure’s crossover, drivers, damping, acoustic chamber design and cable have been refined to shape the reproduced sound. These changes aim to reduce the resonance Q factor in the upper treble while optimising bass response, enabling precise tuning of the complete audio system.
Precision DLP-Printed Housings
The housings are manufactured using HeyGears 3D DLP printing technology, which enables shapes that are difficult to produce using traditional methods. They use high-transparency resin with internal colouring and an advanced surface finish. Precisely formed sound channels are an integral part of the acoustic design. The materials are skin-friendly, and the housings are designed for reliability and comfort, including during extended listening sessions.
Distinctive, Ergonomic Design
Inspired by the TRUTHEAR HEXA, the Pure combines geometric, square lines with softer, rounded elements. The components undergo precise machining to refine their surfaces and create a distinctive finish. The pressure-equalising vent has been optimised, and the housing size reduced without compromising wearing stability, helping minimise discomfort during long listening sessions.
Replaceable Cable
The supplied coaxial cable is made from silver-plated oxygen-free copper and is matched to the earphones’ tuning. Standard 0.78 mm 2-pin connectors with recessed sockets make the cable easy to replace, allowing you to customise the setup without replacing the headphones. The supplied cable is designed to maintain optimal signal quality.
