High-quality signal generation

Two independent output channels can generate different signals simultaneously for advanced testing and analysis. The generator provides an output frequency of up to 60 MHz, with a sampling rate of 200 MSa/s and 14-bit vertical resolution for accurate waveform reproduction with low distortion. Output amplitude ranges are 2 mVpp to 20 Vpp at high impedance for frequencies below 10 MHz, and 2 mVpp to 10 Vpp above 10 MHz. With a 50 Ω load, the ranges are 1 mVpp to 10 Vpp and 1 mVpp to 5 Vpp, respectively. This flexibility suits a range of laboratory and design applications.

Standard waveforms and advanced modulation

The TSG6020 supports sine, square, sawtooth, pulse, noise and DC waveforms. It can also reproduce user-defined arbitrary waveforms point by point to preserve waveform detail. VeriPoint technology provides a sampling rate from 1 µSa/s to 200 MSa/s and jitter below 200 ps for accurate reproduction of complex signal shapes. Measurement precision
