The FNIRSI DWS-200F soldering station is designed for electronics servicing, circuit assembly and workshop projects. Its 200 W power system, rapid tip heating and intelligent temperature stabilisation support efficient, controlled soldering. A 2.8-inch HD TFT display, temperature monitoring modes, compatibility with different holders and tips, and an ergonomic design make it suitable for professional service work and home workshops.

Power and rapid heating

A high-performance pure copper transformer and 200 W power system support both precision electronics work and more demanding solder joints. The soldering iron heats up in approximately 1 second, and solder can melt in as little as 3 seconds. The temperature range is 100–450 °C, with selectable Celsius or Fahrenheit units. Preset temperatures of 150 °C, 330 °C and 450 °C allow quick selection without manually adjusting the setting.

Temperature and operation control

An advanced PID algorithm continuously monitors temperature and responds to changes to help maintain the set temperature during intensive use. The 2.8-inch HD TFT screen offers three display modes: current temperature, a graph of temperature changes, or a combined view. These modes make it easier to monitor operation and identify temperature fluctuations while soldering.

Compatibility and safety

The station has an improved interface and a holder with a 7-pin connector, replacing the previous 5-pin design. This provides a more stable connection, improves signal transmission and supports additional accessories. The DWS-200F is compatible with F210 and F245 holders and works with a multifunctional stand compatible with F210 and F245 holders and the HS-02 soldering iron. When the iron is placed on the stand, the station automatically enters smart sleep mode to reduce energy consumption, extend accessory service life and improve workplace safety. Protection against electrostatic discharge and short circuits is also provided.

Ergonomic design and power supply

Designed for 100–240 V AC operation, the station can be used in many countries. Its pure copper transformer provides a reliable power supply during prolonged operation under heavy loads. The soldering iron handle has a silicone finish for a secure, comfortable grip, while the compact station is easy to transport and store. A dual grounding system further supports safe operation.
