MAKERA Carvera Air CNC Milling Machine

The Carvera Air™ is a CNC milling machine that combines high precision with intelligent automation. It features automatic tool change in just 10 seconds, auto-probing and auto-leveling functions, and 4-axis support, enabling completion of complex projects with minimal user intervention. The machine offers 0.01 mm precision and a spindle speed of up to 13,000 rpm, ensuring accurate and smooth machining of various materials. Optional expansions include a laser module and integration with an external dust extraction system. Remote control via an app allows convenient operation from a computer or smartphone.

Fast Operation and Automatic Precision

An innovative automatic tool-changing system enables cutter changes in just 10 seconds, allowing seamless transitions between machining stages. Combined with auto-probing and auto-leveling, the machine automatically calibrates tools and the work surface, detecting material irregularities and adjusting parameters. This ensures precise cuts on irregular surfaces, greater repeatability, and reduced material waste.

Expanded Capabilities: 4th Axis and Laser Module

The optional 4th-axis module (not included) allows machining of cylindrical parts, double-sided projects, and complex 3D shapes with simultaneous four-axis operation. This greatly expands capabilities, especially for realistic 3D models. Additionally, equipping the Carvera Air™ with the optional 5 W laser head provides precise engraving and cutting, supporting both technical and creative projects with a single machine.

Clean Operation and Convenient Control

The Carvera Air™ maintains a clean workspace by effectively limiting dust and debris spread, improving workpiece visibility and user comfort. Cross-platform control software enables operation from computers, tablets, or smartphones. Remote control features allow convenient monitoring and management, increasing flexibility and efficiency.

The die-cast housing ensures durability, while the enclosed design enhances safety, reduces noise, and contains machining particles. The use of 20 mm diameter linear guides and ball screws guarantees smooth, stable movement and high operational accuracy.
