The JJC LH-73BII is a premium quality, full-featured replacement for the Canon EW-73B system replacement sunshade, dedicated to lenses:

A sunshield is an essential piece of equipment for any amateur photographer. Tulip protects the lens from side flares and the front lens from damage.
The JJC LH-73BII mounts on the external lens attachments, just like its system counterpart. It does not obstruct the lens threads, making it possible to use filters at the same time. The attached filters are not pushed away from the front lens, as in the case of other lens hoods with double threads. In addition, the hood has a lockable opening that allows you to adjust the position of the filter (e.g. polarizing filter) without removing it. The hood does not cause vignetting on dedicated lenses.
Tulip is made of high quality plastic ensuring long use. Precision of finishing ensures easy putting on and taking off. The matte finish on the inside of the hood guarantees effective protection against unwanted glare.
