The Falcon Eyes SO-108TDX is a professional LED lamp designed to deliver extremely soft, natural light. It features 108 watts of power with LEDs arranged to produce a uniform light output without visible individual diodes. The light beam angle is 65 degrees, and the lamp offers a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 95, ensuring accurate and natural color reproduction.
Adjustable Brightness and Color Temperature
The lamp includes a built-in touchscreen control panel that allows precise adjustment of brightness and color temperature. The color temperature range spans from 3000K (warm light) to 5600K (daylight), making it versatile for various shooting conditions.
Usage and Mounting
The SO-108TDX is ideal for video production in studios or on location, as well as for portrait photography. Its soft, wide light output provides natural and flattering illumination of subjects. The lamp is equipped with a spigot connector compatible with most light stands. Hinges on the sides enable flexible angle adjustment for precise positioning.
Multi-Lamp Control
Multiple SO-108TDX lamps can be controlled simultaneously via the control panel by setting them to the same channel (A, B, C, or D). This control system is compatible with other Sophiez, LPL, and RX series lamps that share the same channel system. Note that Sophiez lamps with the 'TDX' suffix are not compatible with 'TD' versions for wireless control (e.g., SO-48TD cannot be controlled wirelessly with SO-108TDX, but SO-68TD can).
Power Options
The lamp can be powered using the included 230V power adapter or an optional V-mount battery for portable use.
Connectivity
The SO-108TDX includes an RJ45 connector for DMX512 protocol control, allowing integration with professional lighting control panels for advanced lighting setups.
