The Aputure NOVA 9° 2x1 is designed to replicate intense beams of sunlight with breakthrough spectral quality, delivering a highly directional and tunable white light output.
Long Throw, Hard Shadows
This panel light is specially tuned to project intense, directional light over long distances with a minimal beam angle of 9°, producing a narrower beam than any other panel light. It creates strong sunbeam effects on subjects with pleasing directional shadow quality.
Superior Color Quality
The advanced BLAIR light engine in the NOVA 9° 2x1 combines Blue, Lime, Amber, Indigo, and Red emitters to produce the highest quality tunable white light among narrow beam panels. Indigo emitters enhance colors of naturally fluorescing materials similar to sunlight, while Extended Red emitters enrich skin tones and extend the correlated color temperature (CCT) range from 1,800K to 20,000K.
Versatile Sunbeam Effects
Thanks to its shallow footprint, the NOVA 9° 2x1 is ideal for use with reflectors, through windows, or anywhere sunbeam effects are required. At 5 meters distance, it delivers 28,090 lux, which is twice as bright as a 5,000W tungsten fresnel at full spot (14,920 lux).
Weatherproof, Quiet, and Lightweight
- IP65 weather protection allows use in various outdoor conditions.
- Fan noise remains below 40 dB even in high-speed mode, ensuring quiet operation.
