The Walimex Jumbo AIR Lamp Stand is excellently crafted with a maximum height of 600 cm, making it the ideal assistant when you need to position lighting or equipment at great heights. When common tripods are not tall enough, for example when illuminating furniture or vehicles from above, this lamp stand extends over 5 sections to reach the desired height.
You can mount studio flashes or reflectors weighing up to approximately 15 kg on this stand. It is also suitable for supporting banner advertisements, flags, and similar items. The air damping system in each section provides comfort and safety when lowering the individual stand elements.
The standard 5/8 inch spigot connection makes the tripod compatible with all common studio lights and flashes.
Tip: At heights of 3 meters or more, it is recommended to use tripod weights, sandbags, or similar stabilizing equipment to protect the tripod against wind gusts and swaying.
