True Wireless Microphone for Run-and-Gun Use

Each transmitter includes a high-quality, pre-polarized omnidirectional lavalier microphone built-in, delivering clear, consistent audio without requiring an external mic. The omnidirectional pattern ensures reliable pickup even with less-than-ideal placement.

External lavalier microphones with locking 3.5mm TRS plugs (e.g., Rode Lavalier II) can be connected to the transmitter’s locking 3.5mm input, which passes wideband audio to the internal preamp without additional settings.

Operating in the 2.4 GHz band, the Wireless GO III avoids congested UHF frequencies, requiring no channel scanning or squelch adjustments. The system offers up to 260 meters (853 feet) line-of-sight range with robust signal stability in crowded environments.

Series IV digital transmission includes 128-bit encryption for secure, stable operation worldwide without licensing or frequency restrictions. For best performance, maintain direct line of sight between transmitter and receiver.

Integration with Rode Connect Software

The Wireless GO III integrates with Rode Connect software for broadcast-grade audio capture, ideal for IRL streaming, presentations, classes, and podcasting. Two Wireless GO units can connect to one computer, providing four separate wireless audio streams with individual level meters, solo, and mute controls. It also works with the NT-USB Mini microphone within Rode Connect.
