Transform Your Microscope into a Digital Imaging Device

CELESTRON MICROSCOPE CAMERA 2MP converts a traditional microscope into a digital microscope by replacing the eyepiece (one eyepiece for stereo microscopes) with the included adapter ring and inserting the camera imager into the eyepiece tube. The imager is powered via a permanently attached USB 2.0 cable connected to your computer.

The camera provides a 2-megapixel image sensor and offers approximately 100x magnification when viewed on a monitor. Magnification can be further increased by using different microscope objectives.

Software Compatibility and Features

Celestron S-Viewer Software is included for Windows systems (XP, Vista, Windows 7/8/10) to capture images and video of specimens. The software includes tools for measurement and annotation, allowing detailed analysis of your samples.

On Mac OS systems, the imager functions as an external camera and can be used directly with applications such as Photo Booth or Quick Camera without additional software.
