24.5MP FX-Format BSI CMOS Sensor and Dual EXPEED 6 Processors
The Nikon Z6 II features a 24.5MP back-illuminated CMOS sensor designed for versatile shooting with impressive low-light performance and fast readout speeds. It supports a native ISO range of 100 to 51200, delivering clean, vivid images with reduced noise at high sensitivities. Dual EXPEED 6 image processors enable rapid processing, allowing continuous shooting at up to 14 frames per second for up to 124 frames.
UHD 4K Video Recording
This camera supports UHD 4K video recording with full pixel readout at up to 30p and Full HD 1080p recording at up to 120p for slow-motion effects. Video can be saved internally or output uncompressed via HDMI to an external recorder. Advanced video features include N-Log gamma for flat footage, HLG (HDR) recording, 10-bit HDMI output, electronic vibration reduction, focus peaking, zebra stripes for exposure monitoring, and audio input/output options. Firmware updates add UHD 4K recording at 60p/50p and raw video output compatibility with Blackmagic Design recorders.
273-Point Phase-Detect AF System & Vibration Reduction
The sensor incorporates 273 phase-detection autofocus points covering 90% of the frame for fast, accurate focusing and subject tracking. Hybrid AF ensures smooth focus transitions in video. In-body 5-axis sensor-shift vibration reduction compensates for up to 5 stops of camera shake with Z-mount lenses, and 3-axis stabilization is provided when using adapted F-mount lenses via the FTZ adapter.

FTZ Mount Adapter
The Nikon FTZ II Mount Adapter allows the use of nearly any Nikon F-mount lens on Z-mount mirrorless cameras. It features a streamlined design without a tripod mount, optimized for cameras with built-in or attached battery grips or wireless transmitters. Constructed from magnesium alloy and weather-sealed, it maintains autofocus and auto-exposure capabilities with over 90 AF-S and AF-P type D, E, and G lenses for seamless integration.
