24.5MP FX-Format BSI CMOS Sensor and Dual EXPEED 6 Processors
Equipped with a 24.5MP back-illuminated CMOS sensor, the camera delivers impressive low-light performance and fast readout speeds, supporting continuous shooting, movies, and time-lapse recording. The sensor supports a native ISO range of 100 to 51200 with reduced noise at high sensitivities. Dual EXPEED 6 processors enable continuous shooting at up to 14 fps for up to 124 frames.
UHD 4K Video Recording
The Z6 II supports UHD 4K video recording with full pixel readout at up to 30p and Full HD 1080p recording at up to 120p for slow-motion playback. Video can be saved internally or as uncompressed files via HDMI to an external recorder. Advanced video features include N-Log gamma for flat footage, HLG (HDR) recording, 10-bit HDMI output, Electronic VR for stabilization, Focus Peaking, Zebra Stripes for exposure monitoring, and audio input/output options. Firmware updates add UHD 4K recording at 60p/50p and raw video output compatibility.
273-Point Phase-Detect AF System & Vibration Reduction
The camera features 273 phase-detect autofocus points covering 90% of the frame for fast, accurate focusing and subject tracking. Hybrid AF ensures smooth focus transitions in video.
