The Sigma 30mm f/1.4 DC DN Contemporary lens is a fast, versatile prime lens optimized for APS-C format Fujifilm X-mount mirrorless cameras. Its bright f/1.4 maximum aperture allows excellent performance in low-light conditions and provides extensive control over depth of field for selective focus techniques.
The optical construction includes two aspherical elements and one high-refractive index element to significantly reduce spherical aberrations and distortion, resulting in sharp, high-clarity images. A Super Multi-Layer Coating minimizes lens flare and ghosting, enhancing contrast and color neutrality even in challenging lighting.
The lens features a stepping autofocus motor that delivers fast, precise, and near-silent focusing, benefiting both still photography and video recording. The rounded nine-blade diaphragm contributes to a pleasing bokeh quality.
Constructed with Thermally Stable Composite (TSC) material, the lens maintains precision across wide temperature variations. The brass bayonet mount ensures improved mounting accuracy and durability.
