The Lensbaby Twist 28 is a 28mm manual focus lens for mirrorless cameras that produces the signature Petzval swirling bokeh effect associated with the Lensbaby Twist series. It is the wider counterpart to the Twist 60, opening the creative twist effect to a 90-degree angle of view on full frame and 64 degrees on APS-C.

Lensbaby Twist 28

The lens uses a 4-element, 3-group optical design with a fixed circular aperture of f/3.5. The centre of the image is rendered sharp, while out-of-focus areas towards the edges take on progressively swirling characteristics. Broadband multi-coated anti-reflective coatings maintain contrast and colour accuracy across the frame.

Focus is manual via a barrel-type ring. Minimum focusing distance is 200 mm, with a maximum reproduction ratio of 1:7. There are no filter threads.
