MITOYA ORCA 230 Bi-color is a compact spotlight featuring an integrated Bowens mounting adapter. It utilizes COB LEDs protected by a glass cover to emit intense, homogeneous light without flickering. The lamp offers smooth power regulation from 1% to 100% and adjustable color temperature ranging from 2700 K to 6500 K in 100 K increments. Additionally, it includes six themed modes to facilitate creative film effects. The luminous flux reaches a strong 18,300 lumens with a high Color Rendering Index (CRI) of 95+, ensuring faithful reproduction of natural colors.

Design and Operation

The ORCA lamp is distinguished by its compact cube-shaped design, unlike traditional elongated studio lamps. This innovative enclosure shape enhances functionality, making it easier to work on set, operate in confined spaces, and transport equipment. The device is controlled via two function buttons with knobs, with current settings displayed on a small TFT display. Additional features include a hole for a photo umbrella and Bluetooth remote control via a phone app. The lamp supports operation in 6 groups and 100 channels, enabling the creation of advanced lighting setups.
