Lightweight and Rigid Carbon Composite Construction

The Manfrotto 290 Carbon Monopod features a 4-section carbon composite leg that provides both lightweight portability and rigidity. This design ensures camera stability and minimizes vibration during use.

Compact and Portable Design

The 4-section construction allows the monopod to collapse into a very compact size, making it easy to transport and carry.

Enhanced Handling and Grip

A wrist strap secures the monopod and camera firmly in your hand.
A new rubber legwarmer improves grip on various surfaces.

Durable and Adjustable Leg Locks

The monopod is equipped with tension-adjustable magnesium leg locks that can be tightened according to user preference. These locks help counteract effects of aging and wear, ensuring long-term functionality.

Compatibility and Mounting Options

The monopod screws directly into the tripod mount located on the underside of your camera.
It also supports attachment of a head via a 1/4" to 3/8" adapter, expanding mounting possibilities.
